Lugo Monumental has decided to suspend the distribution of the Credential of Lugo del Camino de Santiago because, according to a statement, the Compostela has been denied to pilgrims who carried this document to accredit part of the route made.

They denounce "a purely economic interest" behind this situation and the "discreditation of the Bishopric of Lugo" by Santiago
