Lucid Gravity X Concept: A Trail-Ready SUV Designed to Push Boundaries and Redefine Adventure

At Monterey Car Week, Lucid Group, Inc. revealed the Lucid Gravity X concept, which will debut publicly at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on August 17, 2025.
Building on the Gravity platform, Lucid introduced its first SUV, the Gravity, earlier this year, and the X concept explores off-road capabilities using Gravity Grand Touring foundations.
Adding off-road hardware, the Gravity X Concept features redesigned fascias, tow hooks, suspension lift, wider tracks, skid plates, and knobby all-terrain tires.
Yet Lucid is struggling to build the standard Gravity and hasn’t said whether it will produce a Gravity X, though modest changes suggest potential for production.
Looking ahead, a Gravity X would give Lucid a three-row electric SUV to rival Rivian’s R1S and expand off-road appeal.
