JEFFERSON PARISH, La. (WGNO) — Troopers with Louisiana State Police Troop B investigated two fatal crashes in Jefferson and St. Bernard Parishes, according to LSP. On Monday, Nov. 3, troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian on Louisiana 48 near Labarre Road in Jefferson Parish.
