Voters did come out to cast their votes in person Tuesday, although it wasn’t in the numbers seen last fall. There are 428 precincts in Delaware County and they are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. According to the Pennsylvania Department of State, there are 407,783 registered voters in Delaware County as of Monday.
