OPUS TITÁSZ Zrt. reacted to the Hungarian Development Bank's exclusion of the company from network development and smart meter tenders financed from EU recovery funds: in a press release issued on Wednesday, the company, which is owned by Lőrinc Mészáros, called the decision professionally and legally unfounded and indicated that it would use all legal remedies available to it.
The Hungarian Development Bank has withdrawn its decision to grant OPUS RRF funding to Mészáros Lőrincz, because they believe the company does not qualify as a transparent organization under the Public Finance Act.
