Lorain residents Abby Moss and Joey Allen created a petition to bring a new BMX track to Lorain County. Moss and Allen are frequent visitors to Akron’s BMX Track. The duo said they feel there is an untouched market in Lorain County. “The next closest track besides Akron is Toledo,” Allen said.
