- At Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary, a $25 donation comes with a certificate, photo and either a virtual or in-person visit with a turkey.
- The goal of the turkey adoption program is to spare a few of the tens of millions of turkeys slaughtered during Thanksgiving season, many of which are raised in what animal rights advocates say are inhumane conditions.
