A Long Neck man has been arrested by the Delaware Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement (DATE) for selling alcoholic liquor without a license and other offenses. SEAFORD, Del. – The Delaware Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement has arrested a Long Neck man for reportedly selling alcohol without a license.
