A Long Island "homemaker" forged proof that a group of middle school kids had been vaccinated and forged the signatures of health care providers, state officials said.

The doctor had been searched for an arrest warrant for one and a quarter of a year. The Nuremberg Attorney General's Office accuses him, among other things, of false four-digit corona vaccinations.
