A 13-year-old Steyrer has apparently been harassed by a Chechen classmate for years. Now the boy had to go to the hospital after a throbbing as a result of a fist strike by his peer. His parents filed charges against the suspect, but he is unpunished. Not only for this reason do they feel helpless in the Causa and accuse the school of offering too little protection to their son.
