The French capital appears to be overtaking London in tech investment, new rankings show, while the internet banking giant Revolut has also chosen Paris as its new European headquarters.

Dealroom analysts, who collect information about startups and venture firms, have updated the list of cities in the world with the most successful IT ecosystem. The leader in Europe this year was Paris, which, according to some metrics, surpassed London for the first time. Several dozen criteria were taken into account.
