UMATILLA — Wyatt Parson is still the fastest man in Eastern Oregon. The Weston-McEwen senior ran a 10.94 to win the 100 meters at the River’s Edge Invite on Friday. He was the only runner under 11 seconds. Parsons then teamed up with Tristan Weseman, Logan Ray and Colby Perkins to win the 4×100 relay with a season-best time of 44.05.
