Local police arrest a man for disrupting traffic on the Algeciras Conference Bridge.

The arrested man was walking with another person when he jumped onto the road and began stopping cars by gesticulating and raising his arms. The man was arrested in Gibraltar after the scuffle with another driver, accused of strangulation, injury, and possession of a weapon.
