Wikipedia is wrong, and perhaps out of coquetry, it takes a year off. In fact, the original error is in the Catalan Encyclopedia, which places the birth of Lluís-Josep Comerón i Martín one year after he was born, on a day like today, August 15, 1925. It is now exactly one hundred years ago. This anniversary places the filmmaker, writer and musician from Mataró as the dean of Catalan cinema, a living history of this art.
