Livestreamer known for racist content faces attempted murder charge, bond set at $1.25 million

- Attempted criminal homicide carries a possible 15 to 60-year sentence in Tennessee state penitentiary, the judge noted; a preliminary hearing was set for May 26 and another bond hearing scheduled for May 21, with Eatherly closing his eyes when the judge announced the bond amount.
- Eatherly faced a separate civil hearing Wednesday over a $3,300 debt to Midland Credit Management Inc. at the same courthouse where the shooting occurred; the unidentified victim, described as Black by a witness to the Associated Press, was Life Flighted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center while Eatherly received treatment at Clarksville Hospital.
