Livestock removed from Kossuth County animal ordinance

The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to direct the county attorney to remove references to livestock in the ordinance. Going forward, the proposed regulations — which are still under development and not finalized — will now only apply to domestic animals, such as dogs and cats.
