Driver Killed in Livermore After Speeding Vehicle Flies Off Interstate 580 Offramp

- Identifying the victim Wednesday, the Alameda County Coroner's Bureau confirmed Jonathan Walker as the deceased driver. Police are currently investigating whether alcohol impairment played a role, though no determination has yet been made.
