US negotiators pressuring Kyiv for access to valuable Ukrainian minerals have raised the possibility of blocking the country’s internet access via Musk’s Starlink satellites in order to reach a deal, three sources told Reuters. And the US on Wednesday proposed a draft resolution to the UN seeking a “quick end” to the war. It does not condemn Russian aggression.
