- Court records show a Nov. 30 disturbance at Little Caesars where Benjaman Visser Jr., 27, accused his wife's coworkers and was reportedly shooed off; witnesses said he would watch Mary Visser, 21, work her entire shift.
- Surveillance footage allegedly shows Benjaman Visser Jr. shooting Shaquille Simmons and then Mary Visser, while a caller told a 911 dispatcher, `I just pulled a gun and I shot two people, please help me, please help me.`
