The Lithuanian authorities have cancelled a temporary residence permit for a Russian for frequent travel to Russia and Belarus, and report LRT with reference to the Lithuanian Migration Department, the first time that a Russian citizen has been removed from the VAW after the entry into force of the law, which prohibits Russians from travelling to the Russian Federation and Belarus more often than every three months.
