Durham County Council has set up Temporary Stop Over Areas (TSOAs) in County Durham for people heading to Appleby Horse Fair.

Eight places become Temporary Stop Over Areas Preparations are being made in County Durham for Gypsies and Travellers making the journey to and from this year’s Appleby Horse Fair.
