LOGAN — A judge has denied a motion by an out-of-state company, which had asked him to dismiss a lawsuit by residents of a local housing subdivision over the firm’s conversion of a single-family home into a short-term rental.

The Lincoln Township Board of Trustees is reminding residents to lodge a complaint with the township police department when they have an issue with a short-term rental property.
