Jeffrey R. Boutain, Ph.D. was recognized for growing the heaviest butternut squash, which was officially weighed and measured at 183 pounds (83.0074 kg), which  beat the current recognized Guinness World Record of 137 pounds, 2 oz (62.2 kg) by 45.9 lb (20.8074 kg).
