HARRISBURG, S.D. — Thousands of motorists in Lincoln County will be impacted by a monthslong road closure north of Harrisburg. Beginning Monday, Aug. 31, a one-mile stretch of Lincoln County Highway 106 will close between Cliff and Southeastern Avenues.
