Limehome Grows by 25% in H1’25 Despite Market Headwinds
Limehome, Europe’s leading tech-enabled operator of functional design apartments, continues its rapid growth trajectory in the first half of 2025. With 2,200 new units (+25%), Limehome grew more than twice as fast in the first half of 2025 as in the same period of 2024. According to a press release, it is mainly follow-up projects with established partners that drive the expansion of the Munich hospitality operator.
Limehome is accelerating its expansion. In the first half of the year, the serviced apartment provider secured more than 2,200 additional units, doubling growth compared to the first six months of the previous year.
