A Lima man was seriously injured after his bicycle was struck by a car Tuesday morning at the intersection in Lima. According to the report from the Lima Police Department, 63-year-old Troy Terhark attempted to cross Cable Road from a stop sign on Carolina Avenue, and his bicycle was struck by a southbound car being driven by 42-year-old Matthew Gogley, of Lima.
