(KRON) -- An illegal fence that was erected at Thornton State Beach in Daly City will be dismantled Friday afternoon, according to San Mateo County Supervisor David J. Canepa. The fence, which was put up in the area of the Skyline Boulevard and John Daly Boulevard intersection, was erected by "Lucky" Luke Brugnara, a convicted fraudster who claims ownership of the property where the fence was put up.
