Life360 Reports Record Q2 2026 Results
Life360 said advertising revenue jumped 315% to a record US$22 million as adjusted EBITDA rose 53% and cash flow climbed 79%.
Life360 posted record Q2 FY26 results, with total revenue rising 38% to US$159 million and monthly active users surpassing 100 million. CEO Lauren Antonoff called it "proof of the trust millions of families place in us."
Disciplined execution drove Paying Circles growth, which jumped 27% to 3.2 million, while Annualised Monthly Revenue grew 29% to US$537.2 million. Strong momentum across core business segments fueled the expansion.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 53% to US$31.1 million and operating cash flow grew 79% to US$23.8 million. Operating expenses rose 43% to US$127 million, primarily from Nativo acquisition integration costs, yet margins improved.
Global monthly active users increased by 4.6 million in the quarter, reaching approximately 102.4 million. The company ended the quarter with US$467.7 million in cash and short-term investments.
Life360 forecasts FY26 consolidated revenue between US$650 million and US$685 million, with Adjusted EBITDA projected at US$130 million to US$140 million. The company plans continued investment in artificial intelligence and product innovation.
