Life on the Reach: A view with benefits
Living by the water has been part of my life for over 40 years. My home looks out onto Hayward Long Reach which is part of the Bay of Quinte, and I’ve come to appreciate the calm and interest it brings to each day. My friend Pronica, who lives on Picton Bay, and I recently talked about the benefits of living near water. We’ve both noticed how spending time looking out our windows can lift our mood and bring a sense of ease.
