LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Lexington County Coroner’s Office says a man was killed in an accident on I-26 east near West Columbia on Sunday, August. 10. Officials say 24-year-old Jose Rivas died when he ran off the road, hit a guardrail and overturned. The coroner says he was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene.
