A Chinese food restaurant in Lewiston has shut down, and the owner has been taken to jail in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. According to federal records, 46-year-old Xing Feng Dong is being held at the Cumberland County Jail in Portland in the custody of ICE.
