KUALA LUMPUR, May 21 — The Immigration Department conducted a special operation on Monday (May 19) at three separate locations in the capital and in Selangor, including a clinic suspected of employing an uncertified foreign doctor. Immigration director-general Zakaria Shaaban says the clinic was offering health checks to foreigners at night for a fee of RM90 per consultation.

The authorities captured on Monday Luis Fernando Guzmán Abril, 33 years old, marked of usurpation of quality. The detainee, of Guatemalan nationality, pretended to be a doctor and is linked to the Lev Tahor sect.
