LETTERS: Why is the South Island so over-governed?

When you head to the polling booth in a few weeks, ask yourself, ‘Is it for a ‘scandal,’ an ‘odium’ or a ‘windbag’ of politicians?’ Not surprisingly, there doesn’t seem to be any agreement on a collective noun for a group of politicians.
