To the Editor: I would like to make a few suggestions regarding the Gilchrist Avenue parking problem. Install curb and gutters on both sides of the boulevard. This will keep cars off the grass. Install markings for parallel parking from 5th St. to 1st Street on both sides of the boulevard. By doing this the church parking problem should at least be partially solved.
