Parts of Loveland feel unsafe, embarrassing We moved from Texas to Colorado in 2022 and are thrilled to be here. But we have been shocked by the homeless population here and frankly somewhat appalled. Various areas of our sweet town are unsafe and we feel unable to be out and about after dark even in parts of our wonderful downtown.
