LETTER: Water wasted in Vernon amid Stage 3 restrictions

Has anyone else wondered why the City of Vernon waters the boulevards every single day (prior to restrictions)? I have. What an unresponsible waste of water. If you drive down 25th Avenue early in the morning, it’s like a water truck just washed the road.
