Letter to the editor: Stop passing the buck on kids’ safety - Evanston RoundTable

School is back in session, and Evanston’s most dangerous intersections for children are still unprotected. On the very first day, I watched cars blow through stop signs at a major intersection and watched a driver chasing a group of kids on bikes down Greenleaf.
