Letter to the editor: Let’s say no to the state’s push to cut TABOR in Colorado

My letter is written regarding the Summit Daily article titled “Lawmakers send TABOR spending question to voters.” Once again, having spent every cent they can lay their hands on, the legislature is caught between two constitutional hard points.  First, legislators have to fully fund education under the state constitution.
