To the editor, The North Dakota Aeronautics Commission recently released passenger boarding numbers showing record-setting growth across the state. Fargo, Minot, Williston, Dickinson and even Devils Lake posted strong year-over-year gains. Grand Forks alone declined – down 8%. This is not a seasonal dip. It’s a systemic red flag.
