LETTER: Parking rates dampen enthusiasm for Sidney Boat Show

I visited the Port of Sidney Boat Show which was excellent, but I was appalled to see that Robbins Parking had jacked up the parking fees to $10 per hour just because they could – the parking lot is owned by investors at the Sidney Pier Hotel. I wrote to both Robbins and the hotel owners to protest this unfair gouging of the visiting public and got no response.
