Letter: Neighborhood park for residents, not homeless | Honolulu Star-Advertiser

I am angry and disappointed with the city’s lack of action on Kalo Place Mini Park, directly below the Hawaiian Humane Society. The park opened six years ago and is the only green area in that increasingly built-up Moiliili neighborhood. It has been unusable basically since opening, as a number of homeless people and their unsecured dogs have taken it over.
