LETTER: More financial details needed for Maple RIdge referendum

Dear Editor, Is there any way to survey those candidates running for mayor or council in Maple Ridge, in order to determine which candidates support the coming referendum (assent vote) on the hockey rink expansion, golf course review, and aquatic centre. For the overall best interests of all residents it should be incumbent on candidates to disclose their position on whether to spend up to $393 million, and the net effect on local property taxes…
