Letter: It’s State Parks’ duty to rebuild the mansion

I just read the recent article detailing the one-year anniversary of the Bidwell Mansion fire. It appears there is still no clear plan forward with what to do with the remnants. People quoted in the article suggest that the building and grounds be reimagined into some sort of virtual or less-than-intact exhibit. Both of these ideas are ridiculous and wrong.
