Letter: Does Fischbach's mallard bill address real-life struggles in District 7?

To the editor: Recently, the Echo Press published an article about U.S. Rep. Fischbach introducing the HEN act to increase production of mallards to support hunting (July 30, 2025). While this could be viewed as a positive legislation, I wondered how this would truly affect the majority of people in Minnesota District 7 whom she represents. In my opinion, Rep.
