Cycling from Waalwijk to Tilburg—that was a long time ago! Around 1980, I often cycled with friends to the Kruikenstad for Willem II home matches (RKC wasn't a professional club yet). Past the Kaatsheuvel ice rink, to the chip shop in Loon, to play billiards at De Financiën, and then past the television tower and straight through the then-unattractive city to the stadium.
