Lego Confirms First-Ever Shrek Set Releasing on June 1, Now Up for Preorder With Puss in Boots Minifigure

- Released in honor of the original film's 25th anniversary, the collaboration likely coincides with the upcoming sequel Shrek 5, slated for next year. The sets aim to capture the franchise's values of friendship and mischief.
- Designed for adult fans, the 1,403-piece LEGO Shrek, Donkey & Puss in Boots set costs $130 and features a swamp base with a 'Beware Ogre' sign. Builders can discover hidden Easter eggs inside Shrek's belly.
- Younger fans can build the LEGO BrickHeadz Shrek, Donkey, and Gingy Figures, a 259-piece set designed for ages 10 and up. These stylized, collectible mini-builds feature distinctive square-headed designs and playful details like Gingy's icing buttons.
- Customers can preorder both sets online now, with shipping beginning June 1. Preordering by April 26 grants free LEGO Adventure Peely and Cuddle Team Leader sets, with a household limit of three sets per build.
