In Côte d'Ivoire, a thousand candidates for only 255 seats in the National Assembly. The general election will take place on 27 December. If the traditional parties align candidates in most constituencies, another trend attracts attention: the spectacular push of the independents, who represent almost 60 per cent of the candidates. Among them, very many young people who take their first steps in politics and intend to push the established codes.
