Legal Question: If a Muslim Woman Marries a Non-Muslim, Will She Get a Share in Her Paternal Grandparents' Property?

In the 1976 donation-sharing between my parents, my sister and I, it was slipped in article 924-4 of the Civil Code. Today, while I want to make a donation to my children, I am obliged to ask my sister and my mother to sign the cancellation of the reservation. If either of them refuses to sign this act, I cannot pass on a property of which I considered myself owner. Is there any way to lift these obligations? What will happen when my mother dies?
