FROM STAFF REPORTS Carl Frog Price, age 66 of Leeds, has been arrested by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office on a sexual abuse charge. Price was booked into the Shelby County Jail on May 20 for sexual abuse in the first degree on a $15,000 bond. Under Alabama Code Section 13A-6-66, sexual abuse in the first degree is a Class C felony. Price was indicted by the Shelby County Circuit Court in April.
