On April 21, at approximately 3:50 a.m., the Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol was dispatched to a reckless vehicle, later identified as a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban, traveling south on state Route 48. Shortly thereafter, at approximately 3:52 a.m., the Chevrolet Suburban was involved in a three-vehicle serious injury crash.
